We bought our house in Sanford while living in Alexandria, VA which takes a little extra work for the agent. Eric was great! Took us to a ton of houses, helped us with things we couldn't do because we weren't there, was a good negotiator and was friendly, and also had a great knowledge of everything Orlando real estate.
