Eric has called Altamonte Springs home since 1983 at the tender age of 4.  He loves the area so much he never plans on leaving.   The Orlando area has so much to offer there is no need to go anywhere else.  After graduating from the University of Florida with his Masters degree in Business he settled back into Altamonte Springs and started building a real estate business. He has worked for Keller Williams, Exit Realty, and Coldwell banker during his 15 years in real estate.  He decided to start his own brokerage that was focused first on the customer which is why TC stands for Thrilled Customers and is at the beginning of the company name.  Eric has a wonderful wife, Greta, who keeps busy raising the future generation.  Their six kids really keep her on her toes.
